After MUCH ABUSE -
There are no longer returns unless the product is damaged from factory. I am so sorry but there are a lot of people out there (competition) that will make multiple orders and then do returns because of a "Change of the Mind"
I can no longer cover these changes of mind.

14-Day Return Policy:
Lori’s Lingerie values your happiness and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 15%-25% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Final Sales:
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, all jewelery and like others not mentioned here. Specialized Holiday wear (Costumes, Santa etc, etc. Will NOT be accepted back AFTER the holiday (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Returns:
Return Form will be included in packaging. Please fill out the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original box – where you can. Please insure your return package, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there is a problem in shipping -
By chance we send your item out and it is returned. I will send an email. If the shipping addressed was entered wrong on my side I will of course pay for reshipping.
If by the off chance that the shipping address was filled in wrong by the customer -
(you).I will unfortunately have have to charge you for shipping again.
Please double check your shipping address as this actually happens more that one would think.
